The event was held at the Boca Raton Bridal in Florida and it was attended of its many followers with five contestants on the list.
Grand prizewinner will be getting a $1,000 2nd place winner will get $500 and $250 for the third-place finish.
Criteria of judges were based by its creativeness, freshness, attractiveness and of course the use of toilet paper.
Congratulations to Susan Brennan of Orchard Lake, Michigan for bagging the grand prize. The dress was inspired by nature and was fashioned by four rolls of toilet paper, hot glue and packing tape, came on 2nd is Lee and Richards for the 3rd place.
It is nice to see how imaginative and creative they are, if we could only applied this in weddings then the budget will not be an issue, or it may lessen our worries with wedding cost specially to those couple of dreaming to have a unforgettable wedding.
